EZBIS chiropractic software has been created with the input of thousands of chiropractors over four decades. EZBIS is the premier solution for patient accounting and billing, chiropractic electronic health records, appointment scheduling with automated reminders, online appointment scheduling, patient self-check-in, insurance payment auto-posting, built-in credit card processing, inventory control, internet patient portal and more.

There are 2 types of server. Cloud server and Local Server

If you decide to go with local server here are system requirements.

Processor Xeon E5-2650 v3 or better CPU, one core per user, up to 16 cores. Thereafter, minimum of one core for every two users.
Memory 16 GB ram for up to 10 users
Storage Enterprise class hard drive, or Pro-level SSD
Network Card Gigabit
Operation System Windows Server 2016 or higher

If you are looking for something affordable, I would reccommend refurbished Dell Precision T7810 is pretty good that you can find on Amazon.

If you do not want to deal with local server you may consider cloud server that avoids server related issues.

It may sound like cloud server is more pricy but it's not. for example if server cost 1.5K one time purchase, cloud server is 179/mo but with the cloud server plan you wont be spending money for maintain, and backup work. We do all maintenance, backup, update work for you. Its located in data center that designed to run 24/7 up and running. Our servers are located in Tier 4 data centers that provides 99.995% uptime.
